As VPS Implementation Lead I'm responsible for project management of the Vendor Payroll Services (VPS) Implementation and service Transition of client legacy payroll to Third Party Vendor (TPV) payroll organisations. Main responsibilities and key accountabilities: •Drive the implementation through the PIM phases through the use of quality gates •Facilitate the migration of data to enable successful acceptance testing & go live •Ensure the TPV configures the end-to-end Payroll system to client specifics •Ensure the TPV understands the Payroll Service and Processes in order to manage client specifics, validates the end-to-end readiness, and transitions the Services to live •Drive adoption of NGA standard methodology by NGA Technology & Service Partners and the project teams across all the Implementations and Transitions •Manage assigned client projects in line with agreed project implementation methodology •Manage relationships with Client and TPV during implementation •Own all tasks related to assigned implementations and manages the project planning and coordination with the Client and TPV and ensures that the tasks for analysis, solution design, training for NGA products, data migration, testing and parallel runs meet the go-live criteria for quality, controls, reconciliations, compliance and services are stable and delivered on time and to budget •Ensure that all Service related documents, processes and procedures are completed and followed and contractual deliverables in the SOW are met for the purpose of implementation, testing and parallel running •Own the handover to Servicers and the Vendor Team Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition and takes an active role to ensure that services in the first three months are in line with the agreements during implementation with all parties •Drive lessons learned from each transition to ensure continuous improvement to standard methodology and toolset. The role of IT Client Service Owner belongs to IT Service Management within the Global Technology & Application Services Department. Working collaboratively alongside Global Technology, Operations and Service Delivery teams to coordinate and ensure delivery of superior IT services across the integrated scope for Enterprise Solution Accounts following ITIL global processes. • Incident, Change and Release management: Planning and follow up of maintenances (HRSP's, OS patching, database patching, yearly disaster recoveries, etc.). First escalation point for IT topics. Follow up of GT&AS ticket queues. • KPI and SLA monitoring: Responsible for ensuring that IT operations for assigned clients are delivered globally according to the contract and Service Level Agreements in terms of timeline, quality and budget. • Reporting: Responsible for providing the stakeholders updates and analysis with reports. • Compliance: Responsible for Service Organization Controls (SOC1) tasks: Change Management and Computer Operation Controls, as well as external audits (KPMG). • Work Package Controller: Working collaboratively alongside the Service Readiness and Implementation teams in order to coordinate processes and ensure that project timelines are met, and give the support needed to make a client satisfied with the new country Go Live.Translation from English to Spanish of Ecosia's website.
