The role of IT Client Service Owner belongs to IT Service Management within the Global Technology & Application Services Department. Working collaboratively alongside Global Technology, Operations and Service Delivery teams to coordinate and ensure delivery of superior IT services across the integrated scope for Enterprise Solution Accounts following ITIL global processes. • Incident, Change and Release management: Planning and follow up of maintenances (HRSP's, OS patching, database patching, yearly disaster recoveries, etc.). First escalation point for IT topics.
